(Aged 12 and under)

- Panoramic X-Ray (every 5 years as needed)
- 15% off any additional treatment needed
Adult Periodontal Plan
(For patients with history of periodontal disease that has been treated and is stable)
- 3 Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings
- 2 Oral Exams with Diagnosis
- 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
- 1 Emergency Exam
